SPC provides a certified, full-service soil mechanics laboratory that operates under direct supervision of geotechnical engineers. All testing is performed by trained civil engineers. The laboratory is inspected, accredited, and certified annually by local governmental agencies. Testing equipment is calibrated annually using standards certified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Laboratory testing is performed to identify the strength and index properties of the soils, which provide the bases for our analyses, conclusions, and recommendations.

SPC also provides mobile laboratory services.
